July 7, 2022 @ 2:11 PM NLCRPD responded to the Sheetz located at 701 Furnace Hills Pike for the report of a theft that had just occurred. A witness reported an adult male suspect stole approximately $50 worth of food items from the store.  The suspect is described as a white male, appeared to be 25-45 years of age, wearing a yellow t-shirt and ball cap. He was last seen leaving the area in a Black Jeep.

Follow-up: NLCRPD identified the suspect as William E. LOGAN III of Lititz. LOGAN was located, taken into custody without incident, transported to NLCRPD for processing, and later released. Charges were filed associated with retail theft.
