On November 10, 2021 @ 09:57 hours NLCRPD received a second call regarding the “suspicious male” observed at the East Petersburg public pool area in the days prior. An elementary school student reported seeing a suspicious male, fitting the same description, and in the same area (East Petersburg Community Pool parking area) during the timeframe that area students would be going to, or coming from school.  According to the student, the adult male appeared to be following students who were going to the bus stop. The male was described as an “adult” male, wearing all black clothing and a ski mask. 

The NLCRPD has been, and and will continue, making efforts to locate and identify the male. Anyone with information that might assist the NLCRPD is asked to contact the NLCRPD at 717-733-0965.
