Regional Patrolman Twaddell had a scary good time at the Rock Lititz Shock The Block event last night!  Hundreds of ghouls and goblins turned out and got their Trick-or-Treat bags filled.  Have a safe & Happy Halloween!  Reminder, Lancaster County Trick-or-Treat night is Thursday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm.
