The NLCRPD is currently on the scene of an incident involving roadway blockage in Warwick Township on East Newport Road and Pearl Drive. The roadway is blocked due to tractor trailers and other vehicles being unable to negotiate an uphill grade in the roadway. This is typical of conditions experienced by motorists in travel during this storm period.
