On December 3, 2020 NLCRPD investigated a theft that occurred on October 24, 2020 at the Sheetz gas station. The suspect had been captured on camera removing a ten pack of 50ML Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey,  valued at $9.99, from the store and leave without paying. A follow-up investigation identified the suspect as Shalimar AMMERITO of Lititz.  Charges of summary retail theft were filed against AMMERITO.
