NLCRPD were called to complete an investigation of retail theft that occurred on December 9, 2020 at Bomberger’s store for merchandise valued at less than $150.00.  On December 9, 2020, as a result of the follow-up investigation, Nathaniel HACKMAN of Lancaster was identified and charged with one count of summary retail theft.  A hearing is pending.
