NLCRPD recovered a 2016 KIA Soul reported stolen to the Philadelphia Police Department and entered as a stolen vehicle. This recovery was at the Manheim Auto Auction facility. The vehicle was impounded as a recovered stolen vehicle and is awaiting further final disposition. The value of the vehicle was estimated at approximately $6,000.00
