Narrative:
On 02/17 at approximately 1126 hrs, NLCRPD Patrol Units received a call from LCWC regarding a two-vehicle crash at 407 Pierson Rd. LCWC advised that there was a silver Jeep and a black sedan. Involved and that there were no injuries reported and no blocking.
In sum, Unit 1 was stopped at the driveway of 404/402 driveway. Unit 1 failed to clear the roadway before proceeding to make a left turn onto Pierson Rd. Unit 2 was traveling eastbound going straight on Pierson Rd. Unit 1 pulled out in front of Unit 2 at the last second, which Unit 2 then crashed into Unit 1. Unit 2 then went across the opposite lane of traffic and crash into 407’s mailboxes. Unit 1 driver, Cem J. Kar, was cited for disobedience to traffic control devices. Weaver’s Towing successfully towed Unit 1 from the scene.

Narrative:
NLCRPD Patrol was dispatched to Newport Rd. and Speedwell Forge Rd. for a two-vehicle accident with blocking only.
Unit 1 that she was attempting to turn left onto Newport Rd. from Speedwell Forge Rd. after stopping for the stop sign when she collided with operator #2. She stated that she did see the operator of Unit 2. She stated that her vehicle has damage to the back bumper, tire/wheel, and driver side back door.
Unit 2 stated that she was unable to stop in time. She stated that her vehicle has damage to the front bumper, hood, driver side fender, driver side front door, and the windshield.
The 16 YOF was in violation of PMVC 3323B (stop sign ) and a traffic citation was filed.

Narrative:
NLCRPD Patrol Units were dispatched to a two-unit crash in the area of 906 Lititz Pike. The driver of Unit 1, Michael Spankos driving the 2020 Ford Focus had minor injuries and was waiting to be evaluated by EMS. The driver of Unit 2, Van Liang driving a 2006 Toyota Sienna, had minor injuries and was waiting to be evaluated by EMS.
Unit 2 advised that he was traveling south on Lititz Pike and the Unit 1 pulled out from a business from the right side of the roadway directly into the path of Unit 2., he advised that he did not have time to stop and crashed into Unit 1.
Unit 1 advised that he was pulling onto Lititz Pike from a business and looked both ways prior to pulling into the roadway, he stated that he pulled out onto Lititz Pike and was struck by Unit 2.
A witness of the crash advised that Unit 1 pulled directly in front of Unit 2 and Unit 2 did not have a chance to stop.
Unit 1 had severe drivers side damage and required a tow. Unit 2 had severe front-end damage and required a tow. Weaver’s Garage was contacted to remove both Unit 1 and Unit 2 from the scene.
Driver of Unit 1 was evaluated by EMS on scene and was not transported to the hospital. Driver of Unit 2 was transported to UPMC-Lititz for treatment of minor injuries.
Unit 1 driver, Michael Spankos, will be cited for violating section 3324- vehicles entering or crossing roadway.
