On March 13th, 2021 at approximately 16:09 hours NLCRPD conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Fusion sedan for expired registration and inspection.  The vehicle was occupied by operator Danielle TOOTH and passenger Jamar BROWN both of Conestoga, PA.  During the stop, officers smelled the heavy odor of Marijuana. On further investigation and consent search of the vehicle, BROWN was found in possession of a small amount of Marijuana. Brown was cited with charges related to the possession of illegal drugs. TOOTH was cited for the traffic violations. Both were released on the scene.
