On Wednesday, January 18th Patrolman Legerlotz was invited by Manheim Central Middle School teachers Mr. Enck and Mr. Edgar to discuss Constitutional Rights and PA Search and Seizure Laws related to the use of Drone footage to the students.  Great questions and curiosity were shared by all!  Officer Legerlotz is one of two NLCRPD certified drone pilots and is a wealth of knowledge regarding all things drone.  Thank you for the opportunity to share!
