The NLCRPD staff has been actively participating in the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Program (FBI-LEEDA). The mission of the program is “to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practices through training, education, and networking among police professionals across the United States and beyond.” The three-part trilogy series is comprised of three separate one-week classes that focus on supervision, executive management, and command. Sgt. Adam Webber and Cpl. Tony Smith have recently completed all three of the training components. They now join Sgt. Dave Burdis as having received the distinguished honor of becoming “trilogy-award” recipients and esteemed graduates of the program. Congratulations men!
