In recent weeks the NLCPRD has had several reports by citizens of near miss traffic encounters with joggers on or near the roadways. The NLCRPD reminds all joggers that they must obey all existing traffic regulations for pedestrians. The NLCRPD urges all joggers to be attired in HI-VIS running gear or safety vests that meet existing visibility standards.
