NLCRPD assisted Fire Services and EMS services at the scene of a reported gas leak at the Doe Run Elementary School, in the Manheim Central School District. The facility located at 281 Doe Run Road in Penn Township required evacuation due to a reported gas leak and existing environmental conditions within the building. The NLCRPD patrols assisted in the process of traffic control and assuring safe pedestrian crossings as the students were relocated to the Middle School.
