A Clay Township man is charged with the indecent assault of a boy last month. Dale E. Stahl, 74, was arrested Tuesday afternoon and arraigned on three felonies and four misdemeanors regarding the Sept. 10 incident at Stahl’s property on Forest Hill Road. Northern Lancaster County Regional police Detective Theresa Stauffer filed charges which include unlawful contact with a minor, a felony, and misdemeanor indecent assault. Stahl is presumed innocent.
