Public Outreach Event Cancelled. The NLCRPD was scheduled to participate with the public outreach initiative conducted by the Northwest EMS for the Stop the Bleed and Hands Only CPR programs. The event was scheduled for the Ephrata Community Church, located at 70 Clay School Road, Ephrata, PA on March 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The event is canceled. The NLCRPD Youth Aid Panel scheduled for March 16, 2020 is canceled. This is a pre-arrest diversionary program administered by NLCRPD officers for eligible juvenile participants, to provide an alternative to juvenile allegations and charges resulting in formal outcomes. All NLCRPD programming associated with this important initiative in canceled until further notice and will resume when circumstances are deemed suitable.
