In celebration of the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department’s 10-year-anniversary, all sworn members of the agency were issued commemorative badges to be worn as part of the authorized uniform beginning in 2021 and ending at the close of 2022.  The new color and style of the NLCRPD shield has received so much positive attention from Officers, members of the community, and other partners that the new style is set to become a permanent uniform fixture of the future.

The NLCRPD cover (uniform hat) has also been a welcomed change for the officers for 2022. The "Pershing" style police cover has been replaced with a lighter and more comfortable “Crush” style hat to be worn with the NLCRPD issued uniform.  

The uniform changes are a small part of the NLCRPD’s continuous effort in maintaining agency standards and exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and class for the communities we serve!
