The NLCRPD is providing the following advisory provided by the Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency - A Code Blue Alert is activated for Lancaster County
Code Blue Defined: A Code Blue alert will be generated when: Temperatures will reach 20 degrees Fahrenheit or lower; Wind chill temperature will be zero degrees Fahrenheit or less for two hours or more (sustained); or Extreme snowstorms and major sleet/freezing rain events. A temporary winter weather shelter will be opening at the Food Hub in Lancaster City on Friday 12/23/22 at 12pm. 812 N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603 - Please contact the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authority for additional information.
