On July 17, 2021 @ 11:27 PM NLCRPD conducted a traffic stop on a blue Honda Civic traveling without working taillights.  The driver, identified as Stephanie VARGAS DOMINGUEZ of Ephrata, was stopped, found to be exhibiting signs of impairment, and subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence. VARGAS DOMINGUEZ was transported for further testing, processed, and later released. Charges for DUI have been filed.
