Friday December 16, 2022, at 11:37 PM NLCRPD responded to the 2100 Block of Main Street in Rothsville, Warwick Township for the report of a person who allegedly had been using illegal drugs and was “being crazy”, reportedly “running around with his pants down and bashing his head into things”.

Officers located the described subject, later identified as James VANDERVEER of Leola, lying face down on a driveway with his legs partially under a parked vehicle.  VANDERVEER was detained without incident and transported to the hospital via ambulance for further evaluation and treatment.

Charges associated with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct were filed against VANDERVEER.
