NLCRPD responded to the Move-In-Self Storage business at 28 Doe Run Road for the report of a suspicious person. Officers located David DAMARCO of Landisville, PA sleeping outside of the entrance gate leading into the facility. DAMARCO was found in possession of  a small amount of Marijuana and associated drug paraphernalia. DAMARCO was released on scene. Charges were filed via summons.
