The reporting party advised that her former roommate sent her a text stating that the pool at the residence is his. The issue at hand is civil due to no proof of ownership. Reporting party advised that her former roommate recently moved out and is now claiming that the swimming pool in the backyard is his. Subject advised that her former roommate lived at the residence for three weeks. Caller advised that she purchased the swimming pool and he has no right taking the pool. Upon interview by NLCRPD with the reporting party she was asked if she was able to prove ownership and she advised that she was not able to. NLCRPD advised that the issue was civil . No further action taken.
