NLCRPD was dispatched to meet with a reporting party, a 27 year old male from the Columbia area of Lancaster County who complained he was ejected from a live concert venue because he was intoxicated. The caller reported that he was kicked out of the building during a concert by security and wanted the police to let him back in. NLCRP patrols met with security who stated to me that 2 individuals were cut off from the bar and being rude to the employees and were escorted out. After being escorted out they both kept trying to get back into the building. Security wanted them off of the property. The NLCRPD patrols then met with the with the reporting party who claimed and openly stated that he was intoxicated and was wrongfully asked to leave. This individual was informed by NLCRPD officers that since this was a private event with private security that officers could not force security to let them back in. It was agreed that if they came back that they would be trespassed and placed into custody for the offense. At this point the reporting party decided it was in his best interest to secure transportation home.
