On September 25, 2021 @ 7:00 PM NLCRPD Officers responded to the Dollar General Store on Lancaster Road in Penn Township for the report of a disturbance. An argument between a store patron and two adult females, accompanied by four children, had taken place inside. The children had reportedly been left unsupervised, prompting the argument. It was reported that the involved persons caused nearly $200 in damages to store goods and property while in the establishment. Both the children and the associated adults had left the store prior to police arrival.
Follow-up investigation: The primary suspect and responsible person for the damages was located and identified as Zulmari Escribano-Alpen of York, PA. A citation for Disorderly Conduct was issued via summons.
