The NLCRPD needs your help in identifying the pictured female, she is suspected of retail theft.  The suspect is described as a white female, age range of late 20's to 30's medium to heavy build with long red hair and a tattoo on her right hand knuckles that reads "LOVE".  She also has a tattoo on her left upper arm.  Please contact Officer Wildberger at 717-733-0965 or by our Submit A Tip! for anonymous submissions.
