Subject reported pounding on the front door of the residence. Arriving NLCRPD patrols located and identified the subject as PHILLIP J. DIGNANCI Jr. of no fixed address. Individual was determined to be a wanted person on arrest warrants from the City of Lancaster Police Department. NLCRPD patrols took custody of the subject and transported the subject and relinquished custody to the Lancaster City Police Department for further legal process.
