Incident: 2008028831 Type: MISSING PERSON-ENDANGERED
Missing Person: Elaine S. BRUBAKER Description: white female, age 75, @ 200lbs, grayish brown hair, 5'5”, blue eyes, walks with a cane. Vehicle: 2012 Ford Fusion bearing PA registration EBZ-2193, brown/cinnamon in color. Family reported that Elaine was last seen on the evening of August 27, 2020. It is believed that Elaine left the home on her own accord but has not returned. Family / NLCRPD has reason to believe that Elaine may be in danger due to health concerns. Anyone with information on Elaine’s whereabouts is asked to contact the NLCRPD at 717-733-0965. If this person is observed and her location is known – call 911 immediately.
