A Warwick Township man faces charges in connection with an hour’s log standoff with police that began late Friday evening and lasted until the early morning hours of Saturday. During the course of the event the subject fired at least two shots and was taken into custody without incident following successful negotiations. The name of the subject is being withheld until he is arraigned on charges filed by NLCRPD Criminal Investigators. There were no injuries and the subject is undergoing an evaluation in a hospital based facility. Further details will be released later this afternoon.
