An expired registration plate and NLCRPD traffic stop in East Petersburg Borough results in arrest of two men., one of whom was driving under suspension and had a total of 28 active traffic warrants for his arrest. Seized in the stop was marijuana and methamphetamine in sufficient quantities to charge possession with intent to distribute. See NLCRPD.org for details.
