On July 21st thru July 23rd, and July 26th and July 27th  2021 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Carpenter Street, High Street, Jefferson Drive, Miriam Circle, and Sundra Drive will be NO PARKING on the street for the duration of the street’s Resurfacing Project.  The project will consist of a chip-seal followed by a Fog Sealing of the roadway.  Any cars remaining on the street between this time are subject to being towed at the owners’ expense. On approximately July 27th the first phase of resurfacing will be complete. LOCAL ACCESS TO RESIDENTS HOMES AND DRIVEWAYS WILL BE ALLOWED,  but NO PARKING will be permitted from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm on the street during the duration of paving. The chip-seal will then sit for a short period of time. The roadway will be CLOSED for the final fog seal application a few weeks later.  Road closure for the second application has not been determined to date, however; NO PARKING signs will be posted two business days prior to the second application with dates and times. The street Resurfacing Fog Seal Project should be completed by August 31st ,2021  weather permitting.
