On 09/06/2020, at 2140 hrs. SRPD officer's responded to 1855 Mansion lane for a disturbance. Officer's discovered that Sally Heineman, along with Helen Venesky of 1814 Mansion Lane , were blocking employees of the Cameron Estate Mansion from leaving the estate. Both Sally and Helen were charged with Disorderly Conduct for their actions.

On 09/06/2020, 2200 hrs. SRPD officer's also discovered that another resident, Barbara VanAulen of 1804 Mansions lane was causing a disturbance. Barbara VanAulen was outside the gate of Camera Estate yelling and using profanity at the guests leaving. Witnesses stated VanAulen was yelling and howling like a dog at the guest's that were leaving the estate. This is an ongoing dispute with Barbara VanAulen and she was directed by police to stop the behavior. Barbara VanAulen was charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct (M3) for her actions.

On 09/19/2020 at 1910 hrs. Stephen Scott Leed Jr, of 2531 River Road, Bainbridge, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. Leed Jr. was at the Falmouth River Access on Collins road in Conoy Township, when he harassed another by sticking his head inside a vehicle window and harassed and threatened the victim. Leed Jr. also followed the victim and told them he would hurt them if they did not leave the area. 

On 09/21/2020 at 2216 hrs. Officer's responded to 265 West Walnut Street for a disturbance. Officer's discovered John Herr III of 265 West Walnut Street, Marietta Borough, was yelling and screaming and disturbing the neighbors. Herr III also trespassed onto the neighbor’s property. Another subject, Caitlyn Wiseman, was also charged for yelling and screaming. John Herr III was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass. Wiseman was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

All Subjects above are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
