On 08/23/2020 at 0355 hrs. Randy Lee Wilkinson Jr. of Bainbridge, was stopped for a traffic violation in the area of Kraybill Church Road in East Donegal Township. Mr. Wilkinson decided to flee after being stopped by the SRPD officer and a high speed pursuit was initiated. Wilkinson's vehicle was found a short time later unoccupied and had an opened container of alcohol inside. Wilkinson was charged with Fleeing and Eluding Police and numerous additional charges.

Wilkinson was also charged on 07/27/2020 for Driving under the influence by SRPD. Wilkinson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
