On February 10, 2023 at approximately 6:48 p.m. an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police conducted a traffic stop at 1210 River Rd, East Donegal Township, for a stop sign violation. The driver was identified as Madisynne WENGER. WENGER was in possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested. WENGER is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
