On September 14, 2020 at approximately 9:15 pm an officer with the Susquehanna Regional Police initiated a traffic stop in the area of the 800 Block of Anderson Ferry Rd on a vehicle for an expired registration. Clarence Tome Jr. was the driver of the vehicle and was found to be under the influence alcohol to the degree of impairment and was arrested for DUI, expired registration and expired inspection under the PA vehicle code.  Clarence Tome Jr. is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
