SRPD responded to a domestic disturbance at 2379 River Road Lot#2 in Conoy Twp. Officers discovered that Tim Spitler assaulted a female at the home and also destroyed video from the victims phone of the assault. According to the victim, Spitler held scissor's to the victim's head and stated "do you know how easy it would be to end you right now?". Spitler was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Spitler was arraigned by MDJ Randall Miller and committed to LCP on $20,000 cash bail. Spitler is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
