On August 27, 2020 around 1720 hours, SRPD officers received a traffic complaint of a reckless driver in the area of Sheetz, 1158 River Road, East Donegal Township. SRPD officers observed a silver Volkswagen Tiguan with side damage and the vehicle was swerving all over the road. SRPD officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver, Nicole L. Sauder, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving after failing a breath test that was administered. Nicole L. Sauder is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
