On February 7, 2021 at approximately 10:32 p.m. an Officer with Susquehanna Regional Police initiated a traffic stop in the 1300 Block River Road, East Donegal Township, for a license plate light that was not working.  During the traffic stop it was discovered that the driver, Riley REARDON, was under the influence of alcohol.  It was also discovered that the plate that was displayed on the vehicle belonged on a different vehicle and also that his drivers license was suspended DUI related.  REARDON was arrested for DUI and for several other traffic offenses.  REARDON is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
