On December 16, 2022 at approximately 2:00 a.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 200 Block of Beattys Tollgate Rd, East Donegal Township, for a report of a single vehicle accident.  The driver was identified as Cael RAPP and was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  RAPP was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
