On August 13, 2022 at approximately 11:00 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 100 Block N. River St., East Donegal Township, for a report of a male that was attempting to break into a building.  Officers were provided a description of the male and were able to locate the subject.  The male was identified as Drake MARKELY and he was arrested for criminal trespass and loitering and prowling at night.  MARKELY was take to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
