On February 7, 2023 at approximately 7:46 p.m. an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of River Rd and Old Colebrook Rd, East Donegal Township, for no rear lighting.  The driver was identified as Victor LITTLEHALE and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  LITTLEHALE was arrested for DUI and possession  of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  LITTLEHALE is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
