On May 8, 2022 at approximately 0213 hours officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 2500 Block of Bainbridge Rd, Conoy Township, for a report of a motor vehicle accident. It was reported to police that a single vehicle had left the roadway and struck a fence and utility pole. The driver was identified as Kiersten KEARNEY and was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment. KEARNEY was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
