On November 12, 2022 at approximately 9:06 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 3100 Block Turnpike Rd, Conoy Township, for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving 3 vehicles.  The investigation revealed that Jennifer GERBER had gone into the oncoming lane of travel and caused the vehicle accident and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  GERBER was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
