The Ephrata Police Department was notified by the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office that fire victim, James T. Ramsay, died on January 7, 2016 at 2:35 p.m.  The cause of death was smoke inhalation.  The cause of the fire, which occurred on 12/31/15,  was listed as accidental – careless smoking.
