Ephrata Police responded to a 3 vehicle crash in the 1000 block of S. State St. in Ephrata Borough on 11/25/15 around 1:40pm. A car driven by Morgan Paquin, 19, Ephrata, turned left in front of a car driven by Keith Losch, 26, of Ephrata. Losch's vehicle continued, after striking Paquin's vehicle and struck another vehicle driven by Lester Guyton, 51, of Lititz.

A passenger in Paquin's vehicle was injured and transported by ambulance to Lancaster General Hospital.
