The Ephrata Police Department is attempting to locate Charles Sosnowski, 88, who resides in Berks County, Pennsylvania but has ties to Adamstown Borough, Lancaster County.  Please call 911 or contact the Ephrata Police Department at 717-738-9299 if you have information about Charles Sosnowski's whereabouts.  Sosnowski was last seen in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania and is believed to be operating a 2014 Toyota Tundra, PA registration ZHT8592.
