The Ephrata Police Department is investigating spray paint vandalism which occurred on the Major Richard D. Winters Memorial Trail during the late evening hours on January 9, 2016.  Anyone who has suspect information or who witnessed the crime is urged to contact the Ephrata Police at 717-733-8611.
