Ephrata Police charged three individuals following an investigation into the September 30th, 2021, theft of over $1,000 worth of Yankee Candles from the Ephrata CVS Store in the 400 block of North Reading Road, Ephrata.    

Ephrata Police published the theft incident in October 2021, and subsequently received several tips through their Crimewatch website.  Police investigated the incident and with the various tips were able to file felony Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy charges against three Lancaster residents, Inez Niccole London F/23,  Aisa Marie Pizarro-Rosello F/23 and Daquai Anthony Jackson M/22 alleging each of the criminal act.   

London and Pizarro-Rosello recently turned themselves in to police, were released on bail and await court proceedings.   A felony theft warrant has been issued for Jackson who has yet to be located.   Jackson is urged to turn himself in to police.  If anyone knows of Jackson's location you can call Ephrata Police or leave a tip at our Crimewatch website.
