Recent Retail Theft Arrests at Walmart

The following arrest were recently made for retail theft at Walmart, 890 East Main Street, Ephrata Township, based upon complaints received from Walmart Asset Protection:

On November 9, 2022 at 3:49 p.m., Elisa L. Burwick, 49, of Lancaster, failed to ring $144 worth of merchandise at self-checkout.

On November 9, 2022 at 8:38 p.m., Madeline R. Chirico, 25, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $121 worth of merchandise.

On November 10, 2022 at 12:43 p.m., Christian R. Alvarado, 20, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $38 worth of merchandise. 

On November 10, 2022 at 2:11 p.m., Joshua P. Shirey, 44, of Douglassville, failed ring $684 worth of merchandise concealed in a tote at self-checkout.

On November 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., Jadon J. Lapp, 18, of Leola, failed to pay for $35 worth of merchandise.

On November 11, 2022 at 2:44 p.m., Josiah S. Ingraham, 19, of Denver, failed to pay for $47 worth of merchandise.

On November 11, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., Jamie D. McGinnis, 41, of New Holland, failed to pay for $181 worth of merchandise at self-checkout.

On November 11, 2022 at 9:17 p.m., Nehemiah C. Adams, 22, of Denver and Kimberly V. Ferrell, 23, of Denver, failed to pay for $160 worth of merchandise.
