Ephrata Police recently charged Amy Nicole Sirmons, 33, of Ephrata, and Corey Scott Prokay, 32, of Lancaster, with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Conspiracy as the result of an investigation into an incident at an Ephrata Township hotel on October 26, 2020. Police allege that Sirmons, an employee of the hotel at time of the incident, fraudulently provided a room access keycard to Prokay.  Both entered a customer’s room without the legal right to occupy the room.  Sirmons and Prokay are presumed innocent.
