Ephrata Police are attempting to identify a suspect who failed to pay for items at Walmart on the evening of November 13, 2015.  The suspect is described as a white male in his thirties or forties who possibly has a tattoo or other mark on the left side of his neck.  If you recognize this person, please contact the Ephrata Police Department at 717-733-8611.
