Brandon Lee Rea, 21, Ephrata, was the driver of a vehicle which was travelling too fast to make a turn and drove off the roadway and struck a tree. Rea reported he was not injured. His vehicle was damaged requiring towing. Police filed several traffic citations related to the crash.
